Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what you rent, how billing and withdrawals work, and the risks involved. In short: you rent hashrate monthly, and mining rewards are never guaranteed.
01Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastBTCMining website, dashboard and services (together, the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("FastBTCMining", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or territory where cryptocurrency mining services are prohibited or restricted, or that is subject to applicable sanctions.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
03What the Service is
The Service lets you rent Bitcoin mining computing power ("hashrate"), measured in terahashes per second (TH/s), on a monthly basis. Rented hashrate is allocated to a virtual "worker" shown in your account.
- You rent computing capacity only. You do not buy, own, lease or receive any mining hardware, and you have no claim on any specific machine.
- The Service is not an investment product, a security, a deposit or a savings account, and it is not a promise of any financial return.
- Hashrate shown in your dashboard may fluctuate around the rented amount due to normal hardware, network and pool variations. Real-time data is provided for information only and may be delayed or approximate.
04Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [contact@your-domain] if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
05Subscription, billing and renewal
- Hashrate is rented by the month. The price, in US dollars, is shown before you confirm your order.
- Your rental renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal, until you cancel.
- You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your worker remains active until then.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will notify you before a price change applies to your rental, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
06Refunds and right of withdrawal
Your worker starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. By confirming an order, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately.
Except where required by applicable law, fees for a billing period in which your worker has been activated are non-refundable, including if you cancel during that period. Where the law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may be charged for the part of the Service already provided, to the extent permitted by law.
07Mining rewards are not guaranteed
FastBTCMining does not guarantee any amount of Bitcoin, any level of mining rewards or any return of any kind. Mining rewards depend on factors outside our control, including:
- Bitcoin network difficulty and total network hashrate, which change constantly;
- block rewards, including scheduled reductions ("halvings");
- transaction fees on the Bitcoin network;
- mining pool performance and variance;
- hardware performance, maintenance and downtime;
- the market price of Bitcoin, which is highly volatile.
Mining rewards may be lower than the price you paid for hashrate, and may be zero for some periods. Any figure, chart or example shown on our website or in your dashboard, including simulated or illustrative values, is not a forecast or a promise. Past results never indicate future results.
08Withdrawals
- We do not charge any fee on withdrawals. A minimum withdrawal amount, shown in your dashboard, may apply.
- We aim to process withdrawal requests in under 12 hours. Processing may take longer when identity verification is pending, when a request is under security or compliance review, when the Bitcoin network is congested, or when required by law.
- You are responsible for providing a correct Bitcoin address. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
09Identity verification and compliance
To comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and sanctions rules, we may ask you to verify your identity and provide supporting documents at any time, including before your first withdrawal. We may delay or suspend withdrawals, or suspend your account, until verification is complete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
10Service availability
We work to keep the Service and your worker running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hardware failures, power or network outages, pool issues, changes in law and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily reduce or interrupt hashrate. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the Service is provided without a service level agreement.
11Risk disclosure
Before using the Service, make sure you understand the risks, including:
- Market risk. The price of Bitcoin is highly volatile and can fall significantly in a short time.
- Mining risk. Network difficulty tends to rise over time, which reduces the rewards produced by the same hashrate.
- Regulatory risk. Laws on cryptocurrencies and mining may change and may affect the Service or your ability to use it.
- Technical risk. Hardware, software, network and security failures can occur.
- Tax. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on amounts you receive.
Nothing provided by FastBTCMining is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only rent hashrate with money you can afford to lose.
12Prohibited use
- Using the Service for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
- Using stolen payment methods or someone else's identity.
- Attempting to access other accounts or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineering, scraping or abusing the Service or its promotions.
13Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by FastBTCMining or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBTCMining is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or expected mining rewards. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
15Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, any balance you are lawfully entitled to will remain available for withdrawal, subject to verification and applicable law.
16Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. If you continue using the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel your rental and close your account.
17Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [Governing law and courts]. Before starting any legal proceedings, please contact our support so we can try to resolve the issue. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
